Every facilitator we place completes Academy training before placement and continues development while on assignment.

Format
Cohort-based sessions with live practice labs and observed facilitation. Delivered on-site in Arizona and virtually nationwide. [Session count and schedule to be confirmed.]
Applied practice
Mock groups, observed facilitation of real sessions where appropriate, and written feedback against a facilitation rubric.
Completion
Participants who complete the practice requirements receive a Certificate of Completion from The Inner Room. This is a professional development program, not a nationally recognized certification.
