Careers
Facilitators who create the room.
We look for people who believe groups can be meaningful — spaces where clients learn, reflect, connect, and grow — and who want supervision, structure, and colleagues behind them so that work is sustainable.
Who we look for
You believe groups matter
You see group work as a space where people can learn, reflect, connect, and grow — not just something clients have to attend.
Group experience
You've facilitated recovery, process, psychoeducational, or peer support groups and can describe how you hold the frame.
Boundaries
You understand scope of practice, know when to escalate, and don't improvise past your training.
Reliability
Programs plan around you. Showing up on time, prepared, every week is the job.
Coachability
You want to be observed and told what to sharpen.
Credentials or lived experience
Peer support certification, counseling coursework, or substantial supervised lived-experience practice.
Cultural humility
You work well with populations whose experience differs from your own.
What you get
Structure around the work.
- Consistent, scheduled placements
- Curriculum and session guides provided
- Group supervision and observation feedback

- Ongoing training at no cost to you
- A named program lead you can call
