Services

Staffing, management, curriculum, training, quality — and workforce wellness — in one contract.

Programs come to us for one of six reasons: they need facilitators, they need the facilitation workforce managed, they need better programming, they need their people trained, they need an honest look at how their group program is running, or they need support for the staff and leadership carrying it all.

Service 01

Facilitator Staffing & Coverage

One call instead of another job posting.

Reliable group facilitation coverage without the burden of constantly recruiting, onboarding, and replacing internal staff. Use us to supplement an existing team, or to hold consistent scheduled coverage across your week.

  • Regular scheduled facilitators
  • PRN / call-out coverage
  • Temporary staffing coverage
  • Expansion coverage
  • Residential programming
  • Detox programming
  • PHP/IOP programming
  • On-site group facilitation

Service 02

Fully Managed Group Programming

Your facilitation team — managed for you.

Outsource the operational management of your group facilitation workforce. We coordinate the entire lifecycle so facility leadership spends less time on schedules, call-outs, training, and facilitator performance.

Clinical treatment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical supervision remain the responsibility of the facility's appropriately licensed clinical team. We are facilitation workforce and group-program infrastructure.

Curriculum & Group Program Development

Great facilitators need great programming.

Structured, engaging group programming instead of recycling the same handful of topics. Rotating curricula, calendars, facilitator guides, and client materials built for your population and level of care.

  • Weekly programming calendars
  • Facilitator guides and discussion frameworks
  • Client handouts and group activities
  • Psychoeducational programming
  • Detox, residential, and PHP/IOP tracks

  • Facilitation fundamentals and group dynamics
  • Managing dominant and quiet participants
  • Redirecting off-topic and challenging behavior
  • Professional boundaries and scope of practice
  • CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing fundamentals

Group Program Audit & Consulting

How strong is your group program?

We evaluate your existing group programming and identify opportunities for improvement, delivered to leadership as a written Group Programming Quality Report with observations, strengths, and actionable recommendations.

  • Group schedules and topic diversity
  • Curriculum quality and repetition
  • Facilitator preparation and consistency
  • Group engagement and attendance
  • Documentation quality
  • Call-out frequency and coverage gaps
  • Professional boundaries and staff training
  • Overall program structure

Service 06

Team Development & Employee Wellness

Support for the people doing the work.

Facilitated team development sessions for leadership and employee wellness groups for staff. The same facilitation discipline we bring to client groups, turned toward the workforce that carries your program.

These are professional development, psychoeducational, and wellness sessions for your workforce — not psychotherapy, clinical treatment, fitness-for-duty evaluation, or a replacement for your EAP.

  • Leadership team development sessions
  • Employee wellness and support groups
  • Burnout and compassion fatigue prevention
  • Professional boundaries and workload strain
  • Communication, feedback, and conflict repair
  • Team cohesion across shifts and departments
  • Post-incident staff support sessions
  • Single sessions, recurring series, or leadership cohorts

One contract. One point of contact. One accountable facilitation system.

How we facilitate

Standards that protect your participants and your program.

Trauma-informed facilitation

Every session is structured with safety, predictability, and choice in mind. Facilitators use grounding, consent-based participation, and language that avoids re-traumatization.

Boundaries & scope

Our facilitators stay within the facilitator role. They do not provide individual therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice; they know when and how to refer to clinical staff.

Documentation & reporting

Attendance, participation notes, and incident observations are captured consistently and shared on the schedule your program requires.

Ethics & conduct

Our team operates under clear confidentiality, dual-relationship, and professional-conduct standards aligned with behavioral health ethics.

Crisis awareness & escalation

Facilitators are trained to recognize destabilization, use de-escalation techniques, and route crises to your on-call clinical team without delay.

Reliable coverage

Groups start on time with internal backfill — because consistency is itself part of what makes a group feel safe.

The Inner Room provides behavioral health group facilitation, psychoeducational programming, workforce support, training, and program-development services. Clinical diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and clinical supervision remain the responsibility of appropriately licensed professionals and the contracting facility.
