Team development & employee wellness
The people who hold groups need a room of their own.
We facilitate team development and employee wellness groups for leadership and staff inside behavioral health and treatment organizations — the same facilitation discipline we bring to client groups, turned toward the people doing the work.
For leadership
Sessions built for directors, supervisors, and program leaders.
Facilitated conversations that give a leadership team a neutral room, a structure, and someone outside the org chart holding the agenda.
- Leadership communication and feedback
- Managing a team through census and staffing pressure
- Holding accountability without eroding morale
- Conflict between departments and shifts
- Delegation, boundaries, and leader burnout
- Building a culture staff don't leave
For staff
Employee wellness groups for the people on the floor.
Psychoeducational, skills-based, and supportive group sessions for techs, counselors, nurses, admissions, and support staff.
- Burnout, compassion fatigue, and workload strain
- Professional boundaries with clients and colleagues
- Vicarious trauma and emotional regulation at work
- Team cohesion and trust across shifts
- Communication and repair after conflict
- Support sessions following a difficult incident
Formats
Scheduled around your operation, not the other way around.
Single sessions
A one-time facilitated session for a leadership team, department, or full staff — often used around a change, a hard month, or a retreat day.
Recurring series
Monthly or quarterly sessions on a planned arc, so team development is a rhythm rather than a reaction.
Leadership cohorts
A small, closed group of directors and supervisors meeting over several sessions to work on real leadership situations.
Post-incident support
A structured, non-clinical space for staff to process a critical incident together, with clear referral paths to your EAP or clinical resources.
Delivered on-site in Arizona, or virtually for organizations outside the state.
Scope
Professional development and wellness — not employee therapy.
These are facilitated professional development, psychoeducational, and wellness sessions for your workforce. They are not psychotherapy, clinical treatment, fitness for duty evaluation, or clinical supervision, and they do not replace your EAP. Facilitators hold confidentiality norms for the room, stay within the facilitator role, and refer individual clinical needs to appropriate resources.
Participation expectations, reporting to leadership, and what does and does not leave the room are agreed in writing with your organization before the first session.
Let's talk about your team, not just your groups.
Tell us what your staff is carrying right now and we'll outline a session or series scoped to your team.
