Curriculum & program development

Great facilitators need great programming.

Most programs don't have a facilitation problem alone — they have a content problem. The same four topics cycle for months, clients disengage, and facilitators improvise. We build structured, rotating group programming your team can actually run.

Rotations

Programming that doesn't repeat itself.

30-day rotating curriculum

Built for detox and short-stay programming where census turns over quickly and repetition is most visible to clients.

60-day rotating curriculum

For residential and extended programming, sequencing topics so returning clients keep encountering new material.

90-day rotating curriculum

For longer residential stays and step-down tracks, with progression across recovery education, skills, and personal development.

How it works

  1. 01

    Review

We look at your current schedule, level of care, population, and existing materials.

  2. 02

    Design

We map a rotation length, topic sequence, and weekly calendar that fits your census flow.

  3. 03

    Build

Facilitator guides, handouts, and activities are produced and formatted for your program.

  4. 04

    Implement

We orient facilitators to the material and adjust after the first full rotation.

Send us a week of your current group schedule.

We'll show you what a structured rotation would look like for your level of care.
