- No. Facilitators deliver structured group programming and peer/process facilitation within a defined scope. Clinical decision-making, assessment, and treatment remain with your licensed staff, and we route escalations to them.
- How fast can coverage start?
- Timeline depends on population, schedule, and credentialing requirements. We give you a firm start date as part of the written coverage plan rather than a generic promise.
- Where do you provide facilitators?
- On-site group facilitation is provided to behavioral health and addiction treatment programs throughout Arizona. Training and program consulting are available virtually nationwide.
- Can you manage facilitators we already employ?
- Yes. Managed engagements can include your existing facilitation staff — training, scheduling, observation, documentation standards, and performance oversight — alongside facilitators we place.
- What credentials do facilitators hold?
- Credential mix varies by track and by what your program requires — peer support certifications, counseling coursework, and lived-experience backgrounds among them.
